The Bank of Japan has tweaked its monetary policy to revive the country's stagnant economy. It has decided to set a 10-year interest rate target in a bid to generate controlled inflation. The world's third largest economy has not grown in years. The Bank of Japan is keeping short-term interest rates unchanged.
