Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mitul Kotecha, head of global foreign exchange strategy at Credit Agricole CIB in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for global currencies. The dollar traded near a 15-year low against the yen amid growing expectations the Federal Reserve will expand credit easing steps to sustain the U.S. recovery. weaker dollar will not help exports because China, India and other third world nations have way too low of labor cost. simply put it, USA cannot compete because of low labor cost and too much regulations compare to other nations.
