Indeed india is 20 years behind china because china started with reforms in 70's while india began it in 90's and then on top of that india's political class with multiparty system doesnt have the balls to take tough reforms which never has been an issue in china. As long as we have a single party majority at the centre and i dont care whether its congress or bjp, we will have a better shot at getting our economy move forward at a faster pace.
