I fully agree with the points that are being made. I am myself a German HR expert and believe that German companies have gone global in a perhaps better way than French or American companies. Why is that? I believe we are more humble on that level of management, more open to being challenged, for example. We also may be more open to a multicultural work environment than other of the economically strong nations on the globe. And I believe that this is what makes us strong in the long term.

This is a much better presentation by a German HR than all the others I found till now (from USA). I feel grateful for he addressing also Muslim culture as we today have really to be multicultural in HR or we don't do any valid HR at all. I fully agree with the presenter.
