New Zealand Lowers interest rates, ECB prints money because the economy is doing GREAT! The world is in serious economic decline, and the actions of the central banks tell the story even when their words do not. I think we are quickly headed to a cashless society alluded to in biblical prophecy.

You have to remember NZ was one of the few countries increasing rates in the last few years (up and now back down).
The NZ government budget is in surplus which is rare in the developed world. The NZ economy is doing pretty well and projected to grow around 2.5% in 2016 which is not bad.
So although I don't disagree with much of what you are saying, the RNZB move was a surprise the smart money was on a rate hold, and certainly all points to NZ's lack of confidence in the Chinese economy.
