Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies are increasingly setting up regional presence through partnering with existing companies or launching new centers in the MENA region. Such endeavors cater to global companies that wish to capitalize on what the region has to offer, including cost structure, robust infrastructure and local social/linguistic attributes, among others. As a result, the BPO sector, and particularly in the area of ICT services, has continued to grow rapidly over the years, proving to be very valuable to BPO hubs. Numerous BPO locations are realizing such significant gains as increased employment, growing revenues, improved visibility, improved social infrastructure, and consumption led economic growth.
