Paul Krugman with Gillian Tett: The State of the Economy
Economy | Information | History | Online | Facts | World | Global | Money
As one of the world's leading economists, Professor Krugman's work as an Op-Ed columnist for The New York Times has so often explained in clear and concise terms the economic issues that affect us all — especially in these times of global uncertainty. As we head towards the election, hear his views on the economic issues the candidates should be focusing on, what the outcomes are likely to be, and what our key challenges will be in the next four years. Soi, wrong again then Paul, astounding...

This guy is so dumb. I can't believe anyone ever thought he was intelligent. How did he graduate highschool? That's HOW dumb he is. Have you even read his Op-Ed columns person who wrote that blurb? This man is not only wrong about, well, almost everything, he's blatantly dishonest. Which is ever more dangerous and disgusting. He's 100% completely out of touch with reality. And a straight up liar.
-
A bigger clown you will be hard pressed to find. This man is a complete hack. His NYT articles are a disgrace to intelligence itself.
-
Apparently Krugman took my advice and fixed his collapsing nasal bridge from a previous bad nosejob. I wish they could put a bandaid over his insidiously evil usurious "economic" policies
-
My take- Trump is an embarassment, but Clinton is no better. Why are people so "excited" for a woman President if this is the choice? I hope for a woman President too, but really, H.C.? Two irrational choices and this is after almost 2 years!
-
HE MAKES EXCELLENT USE OF TIMING , & DOES NOT CROSS PEOPLE OF ECONOMIC MEANS HARDLY AT ALL .
-
Really excited to find out I'm going to be an owner of US debt. Can't wait for somebody to give me and my generation those debt shares, that I won't have to worry about, because I'll own it too.
-
Hillary is a fiend. She belongs in prison. Not in the white-house.
-
America needs Trump.Enough of the bullshit.
-
Hey dipshit, have'nt you been watching migration in Europe.Trump doesn't talk bullshit.
-
Seriously, how the hell did Krugman even get to where he is? How did he get a nobel prize? The guy is all form and no substance. He doesn't know shit. He just dances around the question. There is no actual analysis or information presented.
-
He sounds suspiciously supportive of the "matrix"
-
Paul K maybe brilliant but his analysis is too general making one think there is a lot he doesn't know either. He talks about demographics but fails to recognize the choice to implement zero population policies that have left us with a top heavy population pyramid - debt is a choice caused by a combination of overpromising and zero population policies - the corruption in the American system is obvious as it is in both the west and the east (China) - these are all choices - if you want economic growth you need to make good choices and those that are profiting without providing excellence must suffer less gain until they change their game. The American food industry is making huge profits by addicting people to sugar and corn syrup. The cattle industry is being subsidized and the result is global warming. 1 worker can't support 10 retirees. American manufacturing is dying because of high healthcare costs caused by our poor diet. Etc.

Zero substance. Type "Thomas Sowell"

Paul Krugman's writing on Bernie Sanders has not been logical and reasonable, IMHO. He was opposed to Sanders because he could not win before it was clear whether that was true. He was critical of Sanders for not dropping out basically from the beginning - long before Clinton dropped out in her run against Obama. Further, he was critical that Sanders could not achieve his goals or implement his policies when, of course, that is always true. Clinton will not achieve her goals or implement her policies. That fact should not affect whether one argues for those goals and policies and fight or what you can do. That is leadership and a good thing.

The idiot at it again.
-
with hillary in charge, can sleep well.
-
This guy is nothing but a joke.
-
So according to this guy, drastic reform = "Cutting of corners," which means that he cannot support you. But he's completely fine with endorsing someone who stands for nothing, is on record lying several times over, flip-flops constantly, and is responsible for documented atrocities and examples of dropping the ball in the biggest way (Benghazi, email scandal, etc.). Makes perfect sense.
If there was any question as to whether or not this guy is a shill for the establishment, this should clear that up for anyone who is able to think for themselves.
