Jazeera you are in USA, you very well what is FBI, CIA and all those organizations working to control negative and spying activities here. You film those people in Cuba and leave the country with them without the control of the Cuban police, Ladies in White group in the Church, walk freely on the streets, hide phones, cams ? and you tape them? from where those Ladies get the papers, prints and all the endorsement for their activities? is that film to bewilder people? seems that those ladies are moving with more freedom than here in US, well, you can see Orlando now, is that what you call freedom?

American foreign policy, with regard to human rights in Cuba, has always been extremely hypocritical, especially when one sees the cosy relationship it has with countries like Saudi Arabia. America, the self-proclaimed human rights watchdog, also badly needs to improve its own human rights record.

What I said was the govt restricts gifts to Cubans. They do this by putting a 100% tax on any gifts for them. If you had too many of any one item or a tv or anything like that. They tax you at customs

Batistas govt didn't sell out cuba to the USA, they sold it out to the mafia. This distinction has been lost on the castros and most of the cubans today due to propaganda.

All of these people who spew BS about CIA involvement is a bunch of nonsense. Cuba has a small 12 million people, .5% of the US population. I'm sure the us govt has bigger fish to fry. That's true, those "ladies in white" are really being backed by the CIA. Back in 1957 the CIA used to secretly support Castro's revolutionaries in spite of the US government close ties with Batista. It's CIA's method, to support the enemies of the governments they don't like.

Cuba is better off as a communist state, Castro rule is over and his brother should leave power by the end of his term, hand power to his vice-president. As for the people that went running like cowards to Miami are not entitled to an opinion, especially when they actively practice terrorism to fulfill their goals. As for the ladies in white, condemn what must be condemn but don't go beyond freeing political prisoners.

We have just one party because the Cuban people needs to be united, not divided like the enemy would like to have us... We have just one party because the old parties failed... they never solved the problems of Cuba, they just sold Cuba to USA in almost 60 years of Republic before 1959. And we have just one party because the best and most honest of the politics joined in one unique party to watch for the good of the Cubans.

None of the people wanting human rights, democracy and an end to corruption have any interest in Batista, so quit the pro Castro regime propaganda. Cuban people wanted democracy and an end to corruption in 1959 and sadly they still are fighting for that in 2013.
