Despite the explosive growth of the private sector in China’s economy over the last several decades, and a diminution of the role of planning in the management of an increasingly diverse economic landscape, the Chinese Communist Party’s five-year plans remain the most authoritative strategic vision on the direction of the country’s economic and social policies. Our report analyzes the recently released 13th Five-Year Plan in order to provide a window into the dynamics of China’s policy process, the trajectory of Chinese economic policies, and the implications of the plan for the business community.

Shut up, in only 30 years China had lift more than 0.6 billion population away from poverty and achieved what western spent more than 200 years. There is indeed the efficiency and fairness there in both political and economical fields. Are you really USA think tank? Shame on you. You are still so arrogant, no wonder why you are continuously in decline. It is so ironic those USA people and their fellow Westerners are enjoying with so much "Made in China" in their daily life and his/her countries borrowed so much money from China (sharing the huge benefit from Chinese successful story), and same time they are so picky and trying very hard to blame China without any appreciation. Please check your country's problems during your industrialization and urbanization period, it was much more worse and no one pick up to compare with...

Still trying to teach other how to get developed? As if China don't know what's their problem and will idiotically take the "well intended" suggestion form the puppet think tank of a hostile regime, and make policy base on those shit!? We are not Soviet Union!
