Popular dissent on the rise in Sudan

President Omar al-Bashir has always had opponents, but he is now facing what some are calling unprecedented popular dissent. The National Forces Alliance, a grouping of political factions opposed to the government, are trying to capitalise on that. The group says that the people of Sudan have overcome their fear of Bashir. After creating a plan for post-Bashir Sudan, the alliance wants to push for mass demonstrations and acts of civil disobedience. Although voices of dissent are now more common than ever, the opposition still remains weak, not representative of the whole country and more importantly divided. Many believe it will not be political groups that overthrow the government, but mass demonstrations and unity. Yup Im sudanese too

Most Sudanese are Arab and black ( indegenious tribes such as Nubians, Beja, Nuba etc.) Sudan is very diverse and has over 600 tribes. My dad is pretty black but my mom looks no different than an Arab from Dubai, but their both mixed Nubian and Arab.
-
I have never denied there is Arab blood there. Read what the fuck I'm saying before you reply to it you fucking stupid monkey. I don't give a fuck about Columbia, I don't like spics anyway.
-
Answer the question dipshit, what race are you? You're insulting me with completely inaccurate slurs. My skin is yellow, my hair isn't kinky and my nose is straight. But guess what? I wouldn't give a fuck if my features were the opposite, because I'm not a brainwashed zombie scared of everything that is black like yourself. I just happen to have the features I have. Now, what race are you, twat?
-
Yes I'm half white. And no we're not as brainwashed as you, we don't worship everything that isn't black, we are proud of our black roots. There are SOME Arabs in North Sudan, most are blacks or blacks with a tiny amount of Arab blood. So what race are you? I'm guessing you're a brainwashed negro.
-
You dumb peice of shit. I'm the one saying there are Arabs in Northern Sudan. But there are mostly blacks, and the black skinned ones are blacks. I'm half white and look less black than 90% of the "arabs" in Sudan. Now shut the fuck up and piss off.
-
Oh fuck off you racist idiot.
-
You're 100% right, but there's no point in trying to convince the truly brainwashed.
-
It is not even an ethnicity, it is a linguistic group. You admit it is not a race, yet your are so fanatical in trying proclaim arabness! When we get at the truth, the BS falls to the side. Arabs originally came from Arabia, not Africa. Rashida are not SUdanese, they live in Sudan and they do look mixed. If they don't do they look like gulf arabs? Black arabs are like blakc hispanics.Sudanese are like Dominican whop hate their blackness even when they are the blackest! Love yourself & U can respt
-
There is no such thing as a race of people coming in all colors. There are only speakers of languages who can come in all colors. Arabs do not COME from Africa, they come from Arabia and as for the bright ones, they come from some other place. Stop acting like your opinions are the only ones anyone should have. Rashida are not from Sudan and even they look mixed with black. You people do not even know what an arab is or is supposed to look like.
-
You guys are fighting in your own army on behalf or so-called arabs that you look nothing like! You kill your own brothers for who's benefit? You are not better that those Uncle TOm Tuaregs in Niger, but at least they are divided in what they are doing, so it goes to show they would rather not do it, but you Sudanese are fanantical about being called arabs. None of you know what an arab looks like. Some say they were black, other say they are the yellow ones. Be black, African and proud.
-
Look up the CIA so-called Factbook for your answers. Even US diplomats who had never see the Sudanese government only knew that they were arabs but when they went over there they said that they did not understand what the racial fighting was about since they could tell the African from the arab! Now, the US officially classifies Sudanese as "Arabics-SPEAKING Africans." Why do you think that they do not show Sudan as mid-east when it is right there? You are black, they do not like it and U ethr
