Immigration from "third" world or less developed nations to "first" world or developed nations is seen as a solution. Europe, North America & Australasia received millions of immigrants from Africa, Asia & Latin America. Also most under-developed nations have smaller fertility & birth rates than in the past (like 40 years ago), such as Mexico & China. +
