It's really strange that if people at the bottom get a raise it causes unemployment but doesn't cause unemployment when people making more than minimum wage get a raise or when exectutives get million dollar bonuses. This idea is total nonsense. Nothing more than rationalization to justify wages low and keeping many working people in poverty so those at the top can have more. How could a thinking person believe this?

£8 an hour he is totally out of touch with the common man it's £6.50 an hour. Just check out Denmark's minimum wage if you want to see what is possible for a minimum wage if the government creates the right legislation for corporations and for a small businesses I think it's $20 an hour over there. If people have more money they can spend more, and money doesn't form a glut in the super riches accounts.
