The Product is the Retail Shopping Membership that provides access to receive up to $3,000 value annually through 20% Cash Back Shopping. 2. How much does the Retail Shopping Membership cost? The Retail Shopping Membership costs only $125.00 to start, and then is payable once every 28 days. That is a total of $1,625.00 annually to receive up to $3,000.00 in cash back rewards for a net value gain of potentially $1,375.00 for doing your everyday shopping that you will continue to do anyway! 3. Can I still shop at my favorite stores? Yes. You can still continue to shop at your favorite stores, buy the same products and merchandise while still using your preferred method of payment including MasterCard, Visa debit or credit along with Discover and American Express. 4. How often can I redeem my Cash Back? Each week you can enter up to $300 in purchases from your retail shopping receipts providing up to $60 weekly in Cash Back which you can redeem once every 30 days as an active member. 5. Is there a verification process? Yes. With each Cash Back redemption you will need to upload your receipts matching your payment method on file as verification of your purchases. 6. Is there a minimum or maximum Cash Back redemption amount? Once every 30 days as an active member you can redeem a minimum of $125 and a maximum of $250 from your accumulated Cash Back account. 7. How often can I change my store preferences and method of payment? You can update your top ten stores along with your preferred method of payment once every 30 days. 8. What is the cancellation period? There is no long term contract required. You may cancel at any time within at least a 2 business day period prior to your membership renewal date. All cancellations will immediately forfeit any current or pending Cash Back account balances. 9. What is the refund policy? There is a strict no refund policy due to the real time membership access and commission posting. However, you may cancel your future membership renewals at anytime after your sign up and at least two business days prior to your renewal date. 10. How often can I earn commissions from the sale of the Retail Shopping Membership? Commissions are paid in real time at the rank you are at each day at 12:01am ET. 11. How does the automatic $125 membership ewallet deduction work? The first $125 earned each 28 day payment period will automatically be applied to your personal membership payment to remain active and hold volume. 12. How often can I redeem commissions from my ewallet? You can withdraw each business day, Monday through Friday, from 9am - 9pm ET in $125 increments up to $1,000 Daily. 13. Will I receive a 1099 on my earnings? All earnings over $600 in a calendar year as required by the IRS will be issued a 1099. 14. Can I have my Circa Card account listed in multiple back office profiles? A Circa account can be listed in up to 2 back office profiles. 15. Why is there a $5 processing for Circa redemptions? The processing covers the accounting and banking expenses in the transaction of your ACH redemptions. 16. Why is there no charge for pass redemptions? There is no charge for pass redemptions because there is no accounting or banking expenses involved with this transaction. Additionally, pass redemptions are available immediately upon redemption with no clearing time period. 17. Why can we only use one card for our selected store purchases? You are allowed one card for your selected store purchases due to the fact that your data from your shopping is based on your individual patterns for the marketing partners.
