For my own way, I would say policies the invest bank have to builder on the enterprises. For example, the householder bought house from real estate. Why not real estate makes a mortgage to householder? The real estates gets payback then builder more house and USA should try to attract immigration or increase population; in other way the real estates’ invest bank could invest to other retail industry. For my thinking, the credit crisis is caused by never stop higher return contract the limited retail company.
