5. We now know that socialism nearly destroyed America and government healthcare is one of the core problems. Everyone knows the only real path to prosperity is to get the government completely out of healthcare to lower costs and increase service.

7. Wanna fix the health crisis? Then stop eating so much. Literally, obesity is where most health care resources get allocated to in the western world.
8. example Langley vs wright brothers ...Dr Langley was given a $70,000 grant by the US government in 1903 to create a flying machine. The Wright brothers however; with little budget, some creativity, and perseverance were able to achieve flight well before Langley was even close. what is my point? for general development in large fields like energy or agriculture. I can maybe see a reason for government subsidies in a limited capacity. however, as it pertains to the economic principal of Healthcare. I find the the story of wright's v Langley to uncover a simple yet ever transparent philosophy. As a people for everyone to throw away their individual duty to compare health care prices in a truly fair open competitive market. we are not only giving our freedom of choice up. we are trusting the government to efficiently oversee, fund, and organize something that is slightly more complex than subsidizing a first flight program! ... closing thought. for those of you who think we will all have equal access under a uniform single payer plan. think again! while 75-80 of us will be waiting on those 2 day lines. the other 20ish% of upper middle, upper, and elite class will not be there with us. think of it. if I make over 200,000 dollars a year. do you think I'm going to risk that income for more than a typical emergency wait room time (a couple of hours) NOO! by default a new small private sector of elite health care professionals will be created. I digress. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I most certainly know enough to point out what won't work.

Obamacare is a controversial topic in the USA many people are against it and many with it but most don't understand it, like many government concepts in use , the general people are not knowledgeable about that goes down in the country and tend to follow politicians . when a decision is made in the government it tunnels through many filters before approval but if it filtered by people with personal agenda it gets rather complicated. Many countries are better off with their own system and they seem to be working fine . even if a new systematic approach is put on heath care, economics conditions will shift and adjust towards it , people can grow toward new strategies that might not profit in short term but in long term. therefore it is a shame that healthcare is so expensive in the USA , I mean imagine going to work with pain in your chest but you don't want it cured because it's expensive . and then pain hampers your work . Without health, life is not functional . Many great scientist and innovator of our generations through their success fell short on health and seized . healthcare is a service industry and if a person becomes a doctor for money then is he truly helping ? is a nurse truly caring ? therefore it is up government to act with the interest of the people. that's the point of a government to take care of its people's physical heath and religion is for their mental .
10. I would explain it with Healthcare Mafia. Hospitals, Unions, Drug Companies. It is all major interests who can push for friendly legislatures.

    This is not true. Firstly, insurers will go to great lengths to get out of paying for anything. Also, all those extra tests are prescribed by doctors not patients. This is due to a number of factors, partially because hospitals make money the more procedures and such they do, partially because doctors are so afraid of being sued.
    Making patients pay up front probably dose decrease the amount they go to the doctors but how did they decide that the health care was "over consumed"?
    
    Higher rates of hospital admissions for preventable conditions
    ...Is this maybe because they weren't "over consuming" there health care? Maybe going to the doctor for a checkup has some benefits to only going when you feel like your dying.
    
    The root of the problems of the US health care system is it's for profit nature. Most other things are a symptom of that.
14. If the US adopted universal health care, you should expect treatment quality to decrease. Exhibit A, the VA (as mentioned in the video, this is already considered universal healthcare).
    
    Interesting that there was no mention of the fact that Obamacare has increased insurance costs since there's still a good chunk of young and poor people that pay the penalty fee instead of actually getting coverage. If you're going to focus on the positives of Obamacare, also focus on some of the criticisms please.

17. in new zealand helthcare is free up to like major surgery so like brain surgery big stuff but stuff like kemo thats all free you only pay for small things if you go to private places when u dont know whats happening and you dont think its bad enough to go to the hospital then its like $30-$40 so around $15-20usd so its not that bad and in wellington the capital we have free amblance and hellcopter rides and if your i think under 18 then a charity called starship will fly you up to the hospital in auckland our most populated city and they will play from 40%-80% of the major bills so i really our Healthcare but its just a shame that we have the hightest rate of cancer because we have no o-zone hole above us so melanoma 1 nz 0
