Of course these packages end up rescuing private lenders from the consequences of their own actions, admits economist Paul Krugman, echoing concerns about bailout loans.

Some people live in hell the way thing's are and there is enough for everyone on this panet, the system we use is whot causes the shortages, and you talk about people being recycled how many people get hurt injured or even killed so the few can have what they have. the way thing's r i could buy good farm land next to a load of starving people and turn it into a race track. this is insane.

Even the opeining up of markets in developing and third world countries is going to fail. This is simply due to the overstretched supply lines, transportation cannot be sustained by fossil fuels running out. What the world needs to do, even the first world countries is to go back to relocalized economies, resource based economies. State guided export-oriented development is the perfect model for all developing countries to follow. Developing states allure investors & industrialists coming into their country by saying: "We will allow you to do anything you want, so please come exploit our labor." That's how the Asian tigers developed and flourished, and now China. Tolerating capitalist exploitation is a stage necessary to succeed. African countries should follow this model if they ever want to become first world countries.
