It's not particularly interesting because one must assume you can't gather enough verified financial information to make it accurate.
A great amount of information is private, meaning the graph is generated with a mix of private sector and government statistics. Government calculated data is highly questionable.
There are some measures that are harder to manipulate though, like trade deficits. -
