In this documentary, economist John Thore Stub Sneisen breaks down the history of inflation and hyperinflation using real world examples of currencies that have inflated throughout history, why and what followed. Most people think Zionism is the problem, for those folks i have few questions, and i want them to demonstrate that this is related to a country for Jews in Palestine:
1. Why Jews created the feminist movements in the 60's that broke the traditional family values?
2. Why Jews created the homosexual laws in the Christian west, and support the homosexual organizations while promoting homosexuality in their owned and controlled media and entertainment?
3. Why Jews created the laws of mass immigration in the western world, and promote multiculturalism in their Jew-run media, education and entertainment in every single European ethnic majority country?
4. Why Jews run the porno industry and promote all sexual deviance and sex for youth, interracial sex, sex with family members, in their Hollywood, MTV and all western mainstream media?

Very disappointed by this documentary. First of all, it's incredibly disingenuous to call Sneisen an "economist" as he self-admittedly has absolutely no formal education on the subject, it seems most of his info comes from Mike Maloney videos. The soundtrack was incredibly distracting and random, and his descriptions are a bit rambling and disjointed.
Most importantly however, this is just a straight history of cases of hyperinflation with absolutely no context to the hyperinflation other than printing money. EVERY case of hyperinflation was a complex set of variables, only one of which was overprinting money. Zimbabwe might be the only case where overprinting was the main culprit, but cases like Germany had many factors, especially currency speculators.
The ironic part is that he lives in Canada, and details our public central bank and the public loans it made, and yet Canada did not suffer any internally caused inflation. The stagflation of the 70s was a global phenomenon, and the OPEC oil embargo had much more to do with that than any Bank of Canada lending Canada did. His Canada examples aren't even really about inflation so much as using cheaper metals to create our coins. Our everyday coins (not including special mints) were never intended as a value of materials, they were always intended as fiat.
If you want a basic history of hyperinflation and enjoy seeing the various bunk currencies of the past, this film is for you. If you're looking to understand the complexities of monetary theory or the context or variables involved in hyperinflation, look elsewhere.
