China started all this by offering cheap labor to maximize profits for the elites of the world. This resulted in jobs losses on a global scale. Now these people with no jobs cannot buy products anymore which resulted in global economic slowdown. The result of this is people around the world are now forced to accept jobs that pay very little (barely enough to feed themselves), This vicious cycle continuous on and on as business elites have now the power to go from country to country to exploit labor and resources all in the name of globalization. Business elites will squeeze every drop of profit both from their workers and consumers.

Job security is delusional for our time and our children's time. The place where this video was recorded, Guangdong province, went over several tides already, nothing particular, "creative destruction" by Schumpeter. With robotics and AI, it is better we get over our sentiment and adapt.

When everyone has a 3d printer at home that will weave or print a style selected over the internet, low tech, low startup sectors like garment manufacturing will be a thing of the past. With one larger question being what will all these tele-consumers be doing for a living, and who will own or lease all those former industrial and commercial properties? Reclaimed by nature and rehabilitated? With less impacting and invasive construction methods to build public facilities perhaps. In which membership is sold to foreigners like country club memberships? Just make sure the vision doesn't turn into a Hieronymus Bosch painting, or a Dante's Inferno like Novel. Is it any coincidence that China and Italy both boast noodles as national cuisine? With the rise of English cotton mills clothing China in the 18th century, wonder if it will take The United States to strip China again, at some point in the future?

yeah it is hard no more jobs left in America because they moved to China for cheap labor now they move to India for even cheaper labor. Every country needs to stop imports on anything manufactured force companies to make things in the countries where they will be sold.
