Corruption is one of the biggest threats in the world which found in every country. This global issue establishes bad governance, stop development and undermines the law. Still there are a number of countries where corruption is at very low level. Countries like: Denmark, New Zealand, Finland, Netherlands, Singapore, Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Japan, Sweden, France, United Arab Emirates, Canada, United States, Austria, Australia and Luxembourg are able to have strong development because they have been able to withstand corruption. Even though some of these countries are kind of more corrupt than others their leaders extend a part of that money into developing the nations. So, they developed but they made sure the development of nation was not compromised. When a country prospers, its people prosper, they are happy, their work is being done without obstacles, they wouldn't have to bribe and there is comparatively less chance of people's greed taking over. There is also a lesser chance of a civil war, unless these countries are invaded by groups of Islamic terrorists. Now, if you were to compare this issue to the situation many developing countries are facing, you will realize that the reason why many developing countries are struggling, it is because there is so much corruption and its claws are embedded deep inside such that the country cannot rise up. The Leaders want to fill their personal accounts even if it means draining blood out of the nation's economy. The greed is uncontrollable. They eat and eat - money, gold, even 'Chaara' (Fodder) - reference very clear. People suffer, and when they suffer most would want to improve their own conditions. They get power, they use it to their own benefit, to relieve their own suffering and safeguard their interests. Nation is still left unattended, giving rise to a vicious circle. You've noticed that the only developing countries on the list are Bahamas and Barbados, the question, which I would like to ask you is what can other developing countries learn from both the Bahamas and Barbados when it come to putting an end to corruption? Your opinion is very important. Below the video, you will find the sources and more pieces of information, if you're interested in knowing more about this theme.
