I am sure that countries like the Netherlands,Sweden and Switzerland have better health care,security level,education and general prosperity than for sure Italy or Spain. Also the standard of living is higher maybe except for Germany.

this is joke i visited all european countries spain and italy and greece and eastern european countries are not rich very poor streets are dirty and full of trash people are totaly depressed very bad hospitals service i visited a town in italy full of old people i ask a men where is young people he told me many young people immigrate to uk and other countries to finds a job because of economic crisis and high taxes the only good european countries is switzerland and nordic countries because the governements there provide citizens with good welfare service and free education and healthcare etc....
