Towards New Global Political Economy

In her interview Prof. Radhika Desai describes the new conceptual approach of ‘global political economy’ for the analyses of the perspectives of the world economics. She stresses its differences in comparison to both neoliberal mainstream and marxist alternatives. Prof. Desai also gives some examples, how this new methodology could be useful not only for academic purposes, but for practical reforms of the global financial and economic architecture.
