Dear lord you put the churches backwards xD illuminati confirmed all churches are corrupt and backwards as a whole. dont mind me, just enjoying the series :)
-
Still great to come back and watch for a refresher when going back to play in the Tropican paradise!
-
"churches and schools often go together"
You have no idea how wrong you are.... -
why dont you use managers dude?
-
I've got 2000+ residents, 200+ available jobs, 140+ unemployed high school, and I'm in Modern Era now which is really messy at the moment lol and not even a single soul come to my country Why's that ? :D
-
I have a habit of putting my schools next to my rum & cigar factories for some reason xp
-
It looks like you are putting the churches the wrong way, forcing ppl to go in from behind.
-
I know he plays league now because he said "fog of war" instead of unexplored. Excellent videos btw!
-
I've learned soo much just from so far ^^
-
my people get protest and attack by rebels very often, how i can solve this?
-
Why don't you upgrade factory so they don't use so much raw materials??? Your church can also heal people. If you upgrade.. Why don't you upgrade farms.. you talking about boost your economy and happiness. .
-
You are building the churches the wrong way and it's really bugging me :)
-
Lol I hope you later realized that you are in fact putting in the churches backwards :p
-
Is it worth it to upgrade the old country houses into regular houses?
-
Thanks for the video Skye. I don't mind Lulu as much. The problem was that the radio in Tropico 4 was superior as all your advisers and foreign representatives had a go at the radio, which made it hilarious, especially when Penultimo was on the mike. :3
Got a question about the churches you've put in: Aren't they arse out towards the roads?
As for the faction tasks you don't want to do, isn't it a better idea to ignore it and let it go away on it's own than to abandon it, because the last time I abandoned a task, I lost points with that faction, as it shown in the Almanac.
I usually obsess a bit on the homeless out of a reflex from Tropico 4, as leaving them homeless increases their risk of becoming rebels or criminals.
Again, thanks for the video, Skye. =) -
Great video as always!
Keep up the good work! -
I obsess over the homeless because shacks piss me off. They don't make any sense. I end up with well off folks living in shacks in the backyards of well-off empty houses. I figure it's either A.) The game is bugged, or (more likely) B.) I'm missing something huge. Either way, it drives me crazy!

Once again wonderful tips. I grabbed this during the Steam Summer Sale thanks to you. :)
You can see the number of people in a family by selecting one of the residential buildings and clicking on the residents stamp. A family is considered only two people, so I guess the kids are left out in the street, or forced into child labor and live in the factories and farms. :D -
I actually think Tropico 5 is even easier than Tropico 4. Basic economic principles are about the same, but you had to manage housing, crime and pollution war earlier, so at least it was some kind of challenge.
Tropico 5 is so simple, the only challenge is to get a beautiful city and even that I find easier than in Tropico 4, because of those stupid garages everywhere ^^
