If that happens, you have to blame US's elite group who have created and nurtured the Chinese monster. No use crying over spilled milk, right? Sometimes all wonder if the USA has anything in the top left...? Then again it is the general rule - easy to reach top (lonesome) but difficult to stay there, all below will deliberately try to keep shuddering to destabilize you. And more so, USA is not a guy by any standard.

If being a world leader means that you have to police the world and spend trillions of dollars fighting wars on other continents that only profits your country's biggest corporations and leave the average citizens to pay for the bills then using those conquered lands to grow narcotics then selling it back to your own country through underground operations for profit meanwhile having the so called "war on drugs" what a joke. Yeah, I don't think China will have any interest in becoming a world leader. Since that's the kind of "high standards" that the US have set for the world right? Look how that's turned our for the US? After forcing countries to open up free trade with America, then these American corporations making a killing profit off these developed or developing 3 world countries and killing all local developing industries in it's infant stage. As if that's not enough it even forces it's so called allies to buy US debt knowing that it will never be returned. And look where we are today, 18.6 trillion dollars in debt that we can never pay back. GO USA!

China is taking the lead because it's number one concern is it's own economic development and internal stability. Not pushing ideological agendas like 'democracy' all over the world and carrying out the will of big business which seem to own the US government.
