I don't understand this. This man is clearly breaking the law, harassing people and calling it a legit business. He literally said to the car dealer I fuck of and them to speak to you. He just physically threatened him, enforcement officers don't do that, they come, if you don't want to pay they take it up legally. This.... I don't know what this is. Seems kinda stupid to me though.
