    Western/foreigner investors think they are so smart, until China played with them & made them feel like a fool. Having deep pocket/or so called industrial experts are all useless, look at ebay, Uber and other big firms. Without "GuanXi " don't ever go into China. Even countries are losing money trading & doing business with China, my country is an example. China–Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park. All subsequent deals are all losing money, including Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco City another repeated nightmare. Billions of dollars gone..
