With the rise of big government, more regulation and risks in hiring fulll time employees, along with the rising marxist feminism class of withe complete with false narratives and entitlement complex... well who would want full time employees.

It's surprising that there's no mention of the supply and demand for labor.
The provision of benefits and security are not an acts of benevolence or social responsibility on the part of companies, but rather measures that are taken to retain employees. These measures are inversely related to the scarcity of labor. The free movement of labor and capital and automation has simply made employee retention less important. -
