I'm surprised Russia is a top country in immigration I've heard and read a lot about racism there.
I wish there wasn't such a huge social barrier between our immigrants and the locals, I feel like we're missing out. I love international things :( -
The bible predicts this, so all of you who are atheist and non Christians need to understand that. Jesus Christ predicted you would want globalization. This leads to the time of "outright peace", which leads the way to the anti-Christ, which leads the way to the end. And atheist / non Christians are not going to like the awakening that is going to smack them in the face. You don't have to believe it, it's going to happen anyway.

Things are not just black and white, there is a lot of grey. It runs deeper than do we want to allow people to migrate to better themselves or do we not allow it. In a happy go lucky unrealistic world, sure we shouldn't deny anyone who just wants to better themselves, but that's just not real. Besides the economic strain on countries that take in these immigrants, failure to assimilate is key. Back when immigrants helped form this country, they assimilated to our ways, they were proud to be newly Americans, they truly came to better themselves and to better the country. Fast forward today, immigrants come here, they fail to assimilate, they push their customs down our throats, no pride in being an american, they hate our ways, they bring nothing to the table to help our country, just add more strain to it. I don't get it, they leave their country because they are not happy there, come here and want to make the USA just like the place they left.

Idk I think the question is "what right do we have as organisms to direct the lives of other organisms?" Do we have the right to tell people where to live and if so why don't we restrict that right to birds or fish? The reason the world is the world today is because organisms have had the right to move and develop and thrive, so is it ok to restrict those rights? It's unnatural to think we do have that right because as humans we are the only living animal that has completely taken control of its environment and changed it to "better" ourselves, even though we step on every other organism to do so.

Watching you is a train wreck. A somewhat funny train wreck, but a train wreck non-the-less. I got as far as you starting to list the pros of globalization. I'm going to just pick one to show what a total idiot you are. There are no limits to where someone can move inside the United States. But we still have unemployment and poverty. Take a moment and reflect on the words of wisdom from Samuel Clemons on opening one's mouth.

Can you explain a total globalization world look like more thoroughly?
-
USA doesnt have VAT? Is this true?
-
No we do not owe our nations to anybody.
-
This is so one sided. "With globalization you have a chance to make the world better... you could solve poverty and unemployment.". The disadvantages were glossed over so quickly and you did not mention a global elite dominating a global disenfranchised, which is the dominant form of globalization. Effectively globalization is neo-colonialism, however it is the benefit of corporations and not nation states and their constituent cultures.

Yes, people are going to move around, and that is not universally a good thing or a bad thing. It all depends on the details. I think the trick is not to try and stop movement in its tracks, because that does not work, and it results in very bad vibes later. But you don't want to just throw the gates open and say Welcome one and all. That is not going to be better for the people here, or the people arriving. And who exactly is arriving? Some of them are people you don't want in your country. How do you know that? How do you find out? If you just throw the gates open and let everyone in, you can't check. And if you take the time to check, them you become a target for claims and accusations of racism and xenophobia. I am a middle aged Australian, and I have been watching Australia deal with claims and accusations of racism since the early '70s. And now suddenly Europe is facing something similar to what we have had for 40 years or so. Now the same people who called us rednecks and racists for 30 years are getting groped on New Years eve, and howling about it. If I was feeling a bit more humorous, I might start accusing Belgians and Germans and French (and the Brits) of racism and xenophobia, see how they like the shoe on the other foot. I will refrain, it is not funny, but like karma, what goes around - comes around.

Yes Excellent idea, just look at Sweden, ever since they open up to
massive Muslim Migrants, they have more inventions, more peace and more
of everything good ! Just ask my friend Mr. Fantasy ! -

The title of this video is incorrect. It poses a question of what it would like if there was total globalization. If there was, would we even have countries any more? I would have expected to look at some current models that total globalization might be based on initially - the European Union. We might end up with something like the United States of the World, where nations become like individual states and there would be an over arching Federal power. While we'd maintain some local laws, there would be a standard set of laws that applied to everyone. VATs would probably be normalized, etc.
What this video sounded more like was Pros and Cons of continued Globalization, or what will the next 5 years or 10 years look like.
