1. Why can't the French take care of the Douche Bank?
2. No bank will receive a bailout prepare yourselves for a Global economy collapse not a bailout or bail in. Think about the amount of money required to bailout DB it is just too massive. On top of that Germany and it's people are rejecting the idea of bailing out DB. Get prepared this is not 2008 this is the end of a global financial market.

Yeah.  They'll have no choice but to dump another bailout/in/whatever on the bank...**All they're doing is filling the lifeboats with water!   This is a pathetic delaying action..and making the final implosion that much worse..but then..how much worse could it get?   We are at the bottom..just waiting for it to be official..when the banks go bust and the game is over. The only chance, I think, is for a massive debt-jubilee...zero out the books of all the scheming derivatives..  **I can't begin to imagine the global catastrophes this will cause..war, famine, starvation, ruin, carnage..cities will burn..not to mention what the friendly 'illegals and muslim invaders will do..( of course you'll have to hang most of the central bank presidents and upper managers/accountants who managed this debacle... ) Too much to add..too little space available...

17. The German elections are next year and Merkel is in a catch 22. Both bailing out the banks and not bailing out the banks is deeply unpopular.
    
    If she bails out Deutsche Bank, she will be hammered for rewarding failure and propping up yet another failed bank.
    
    At the same time, it was German (and British) taxpayers money that bailed out the Greek, Portuguese, Irish and Spanish Banks to keep the Eurozone together, people will ask why there is no money for German banks.
