The bank says China has made progress in rebalancing the economy, with more consumption, services growth and less investment. But more domestic consumption has meant a drop in imports from Asian neighbours, who are also being hit by a fall in commodity prices. And local government debt and the opacity of China's financial markets remain risks insists the bank. Yes of course they spare the PHILIPPINES,,keep the workers wages down to a minimum existence..They had China under the same yoke,until they became communist and pulled themselves slowly up to be the economic giant of the world,now the world bank sees its time to create a situation to try and control it..

Rather than supporting irresponsible and deceitful China which doesn't respect any other nations but themselves and are brazenly aggressive in stealing neighbor's territories of Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Russia and India, you should contribute to your economy by buying and patronizing your own. By doing so, you will help your country create more jobs and improve people's lives.

Remember before buying your next electronics, shoes, smart phone, TV, washing machine, downloading apps, searching the Internet, playing games online, flying to your next destination, buying a stock or mutual fund don't be China's instrument for enslaving another Chinese worker, stealing somebody's intellectual property right, killing a Vietnamese navy, displacing an Indian farmer, oppressing a Mongolian monk, starving a Filipino fisherman's family, helping child prostitution in Cambodia, etc.
