Due to control of markets by central banks, doofer can explain world markets in very simplistic terms, "SHITTY"!

Low commodities prices? Will hedge funds and index funds still control 60% of the worlds wheat? Speculation in commodities, specifically food and oil over the past decade have destabilized entire governments. Maybe the world bank should address that.
