Go to the dollar store for the things you dont have to go to the grocery store for. Like cereal, bread, snacks stuff like that.... but for meats, milk and eggs you guys are stuck. lol or you can use coupons to save :)

How about not wasting money on college? They would be better off going to a technical college and learning a trade then wasting money on a degree that they will probably not be using anyway.

YES! We have special dietary needs, so no dairy, wheat or soy....we are S.O.L. when it comes to food. The only things on our list are fresh produce and meat. The budget never stretches far enough :(

My only fun food is having soda pop and the price is so high I am seriously considering eliminating it from my grocery list. The prices really are going very high here locally. That and the fact that the only food many can afford is prepackaged and is heavily modified with additives and fillers. The reality of choosing between paying rent or food is spreading faster.

I don't care what the government says. I have been buying the same items for several years every time I go to the store. I am paying 53 dollars more each week on the same generic items than I did just two years ago. I make most of our food so many of these items are just staples. Government has no idea as to what Americans are dealing with. They do not care!!!

I can't even qualify for temp stamps and I have worked all my life.I am waiting for the hospital to finish my paperwork before I start this new job and these idiots tell me since I'm able bodied I can't get them.Maybe if I speak Espanol and do not have a green card I will get them?ARRRRRRRRRG!
